CycleBed provides a free online calculator that estimates optimal bedtime or wake-up times based on the well-established model of 90-minute sleep cycles. The Site is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

The information provided on the Site, including calculator outputs and articles, is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. Sleep needs vary by individual age, health condition, lifestyle, and many other factors.
